The top floor encompasses the living room, dining and full kitchen equipped with everything needed for easy entertaining. Windows from all four directions flood this space with light while providing views of the surrounding trees and sky. Comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa, big flat screen tv as well as an electric recliner for watching television and naps! Adjacent to the living space is a walk out desk with a unique octagonal shape featuring a pair of reclining chaise longues as well as a table with six chairs. Both sides of the deck look out across the street to the harbor. The gently floating boats are lovely to look at while enjoying coffee.There is also a gas grill for Al fresco dining. Each of the bedrooms and baths are furnished to provide a respite from the excitement of town with plush mattresses and lovely linens. Excellent bedside lighting, convenient tables and a dresser in each ensure a comfortable stay. The unit has AC and wifi throughout as well as a washer and dryer if needed. The owners also chose original artwork to complement the custom design. The unit comes with one off street parking space making grocery runs and Cape exploration trips easy.
