No parking. Unit L9 has AC in bedroom, no private deck nor water view, but it is tastefully furnished and is a comfortable unit. Due to winter storm damage the common beach deck will be closed in the summer of 2024 and so the owner has reduced the weekly rent by $100. There is beach access a few doors down the street at the Town Landing next to the Boatslip.
